Chinese seafood soup

Ingredients

1. Prawns 25 gms

2. King fish 25 gms

3. Cuttlefish 25 gms

4. Flesh of Crab 20 gms

5. Ginger 10 gms

6. Garlic 1 bulb

7. Pepper powder 10 gms

8. Red chilly 2 nos

9. Celery 1

10. Spring onion 2

11. Vegetable stock 1 cup

12. Vegetable oil 1 tbsp

13. Vinegar 1 tbsp

14. Ajinomoto to taste

15. Salt to taste.

Steps

  1. Heat the oil in a pan and fry chopped ginger, garlic and red chilly.
  2. Add ingredients no 1 to 4 and sauté for 5 minutes.
  3. Add stock and allow to boil.
  4. Add pepper powder, ajinomoto and salt
  5. Add corn flour
  6. Serve hot with spring onion and celery.
