Cardamom carrot cooler

Ingredients

Carrot juice 4 cups

Cardamom powder 1 tsp

Ginger juice 2 tbsp

Sugar 750

Method

  1. Heat carrot juice and sugar together in a thick bottomed vessel, till it become a thick syrup.
  2. Add Cardamom powder and ginger juice.
  3. Strain and store in a sterile bottle.
  4. Use with cold water or milk in 1:3 proportion.
