Ingredients
Bread slices 2
Egg 1
Ghee to shallow fry
Semolina 1 tsp
Sugar 1 tbsp
Method
- Cut bread slices into four pieces
- Mix egg, sugar and semolina together.
- Coat bread pieces with this combo.
- Heat Ghee in a frying pan.
- Fry bread pieces till it become golden brown.
